Get ready to get sweaty and shake your ass and hips at Seattle’s first night of Baile Funk.

At this first edition of THEE BAILE, T.Reverie —a proud queer Brazilian DJ who has been living in Seattle for almost ten years— brings from São Paulo, Yuri Pontes (aka YBRYD), a multi-talented DJ and producer.

YBRYD received massive support overseas and his songs are played all over the world. You can hear YBRYD tracks in places like NTS Radio, Rinse France, Reprezent Radio, Veneno. His recently-released track, “SEGREDO DO BAILE” was played at the Boiler Room x Nike event in Paris, among other numerous clubs and festivals worldwide.

Emerging from a new wave of Brazilian SoundCloud producers, YBRYD is preparing his debut North America tour. His music bridges a wide range of genres, including the sound of Baile Funk and other Brazilian rhythms hybridized with trap, future beats, afrobeat, jersey club, UK Garage, house and techno.

We are excited to share with ya’ll a night of the musical diversity of Baile Funk.
